They opened on Easter 2019 and quickly worked themselves up to be the one of Osloโ€™s most exceptional and delicious pizzerias. They are using fine dining techniques yet keeping the price on an affordable level for you to enjoy at home.

About the pizza ๐Ÿ•

It is a New York style pizza made from a mix of sour dough and homemade yeast. As a rule, the dough grows for over 48h, which makes the pizza more airy, chewy with crunchy crust (yeah, its delish!). Most of ingredients are produced from scratch, for example, ramson pesto, cashew cream, VEGAN CHEESE ๐Ÿ˜ , pickles are all made right here, while the tomatoes are imported from Italian farmers, meat comes from local producers and mushrooms are handpicked in Norwegian woods.
