In Norway, we have something called “markastue”. It's a place in the middle of a hike where you take a break with hot drinks and food. Anne På Landet is the Markastue for Oslo city walks 😅

Anne and Bendik used to work in an advertising agency, which they founded in the 90s. They were looking for an extra hobby for their free time and were the first ever to have a food truck in Norway 🚌 They brought the truck all the way from France, it was an old school bus, fixed it up and started selling sausages and waffles at small events.
A few years later they opened their first café in Hvervenbukta in a beautiful location by the water, their second place is here in Frognerparken and their latest in Hønse - Lovisas hus ✨
The unique thing about all their 3 locations is that there is always a water source that brings peace and connection to nature 🧘♀️ They want to be the place you pass by when you go for a walk with a good friend, have a bite to eat and enjoy good coffee.
Anne På Landet is actually a part of a Norwegian nursery rhyme, and Anne herself was born on a farm, in the countryside so to speak 🌾

They are known for their cinnamon buns, iced rhubarb drink in summer and hot chocolate in winter.
