🎄 This Christmas we are talking about gingerbread croissant, pain aux raisin with saffron&almond and even julekakesnurr (traditional Norwegian Christmas cake inspired pastry).


But who is the mastermind behind these goodies? 🤔

Her name is Frida and after several years of managing different coffeeshops in our town she realised that people appreciate good pastry just as much as good coffee ☕️ . She had learned major culinary techniques from her chef dad and the whole process of cooking and creating yummy yums became her passion ✨. In January 2019 Frida got a production space to finally make things happen.

Her dream is to open her own local bakery 🍪, but before that you can enjoy her fresh delicious pastry at Macca, Java, Dapper or you can directly order it via Instagram!
